Burrum Heads Bakery itself has been around for a while offering freshly baked bread. This service is set to continue under a name change to the Burrum Heads Bakery Cafe.

The new operation is a family run business bringing in a mixture of cultures in Baking. Arlene's family ran a bakery in her home town. Arlene brings the culture and a wealth of retail and business knowledge to the partnership. Steve is a classicly trained Baker/Pastrycook with strong artisan experience; having worked in several major bakeries to five star hotels before owning two franchise bakeries.

Burrum Heads is in for a bit of a shake up to the taste buds. Enjoy the experience and keep a look out for the monthly specials
